The Food...

Food should delight the senses and open the mind and Aldo’s menu is guaranteed to do just that. Confirmed upon your booking, the menu will feature Aldo’s trademark Italian dishes combined with seasonal and gourmet ingredients such as burrata and white truffles, specially flown in from Italy. The starters could include a selection of oysters with shots of Bloody Mary, diver picked scallops and chilli squid. For the pasta course, perhaps a delicious truffle tagliatelle followed by a fish and meat course of the highest gourmet quality. Dinner will be completed with a selection of desserts and a cheese platter served with Port.

The Wine...

A sommelier will be on-hand for the evening to guide you through a selection of wines that perfectly complement each dish. Aldo will personally choose a few of his favourites including a Montepulciano D’Abruzzo from his home town and a selection of dessert wines such as Passito.
